Only on a particular file format button not working
On one file (not on others) the format button brings up only the word "Page" and the other option are not there. i.e. no text , style etc.Where are they?

Redundant posts will get you no quicker response than a single post. These are fellow user supported sites and Apple is simply not here. Your post will be responded to when some international volunteer decides to respond to it.
There is not enough information from your post that anyone can reproduce the problem with their version of Pages. I certainly cannot as all of my opened Pages documents behave normally across several operating systems including Catalina. Are you using Pages v11.1 on Catalina?
