sync iphone os 1.1 with macOS Big Sur

Today I recovery my iPod touch 1 on iPhone OS 1.1.

I tried to sync with my MacBook on Mac OS 11, but nothing.

How I can sync it, without upgrade on IOS 3.1.3?
