Cancel Apple care
I did not ask for Apple care and I need to cancel it.
Need to schedule appointment to discuss that issue

Do you possibly mean AppleCare+ which is an added cost level of AppleCare you can purchase?
If you do mean AppleCare+ and you don't want to pay for it, see how to cancel it here --> Cancel or change the payment method for your AppleCare plan - Apple Support
But if you mean the standard one year AppleCare plan which comes standard on all new iPhones, you don't cancel that.
