My apple pay hasn’t been working and I was wondering why I can’t receive or send payments

Does it say if it’s locked or restricted? It could be because you have not verified your identity with the bank that issues Apple Cash card. If you haven’t verified you identity, transfer stop once you reach $500 (or near) and you’ll need to verify your identity.
