How to regain 'Administrator' write access in macOS Monterey?

I have lost Administrators write access to manage my primary disk running latest version of macOS Monterey.

How do I regain and set my User profile as fully privileged w/admin write access to the primary system disk, Macintosh HD?

You can't; it's set properly. Administrator users have write access to their home folder, /Applications, some parts of /Library, and /Users/Shared/, but not other system-level folders.
