If you want to build a comprehensive chart comparing all of the Apple Silicon processors for every Apple Silicon Mac in multiple respects, you are going to have to do some of your own legwork.
This graphic that you posted looks like it is from the "Compare Mac models" page for
- The MacBook Pro 14-in. (M3)
- The MacBook Pro 14-in. (M3 Pro or M3 Max)
- The MacBook Pro 16-in. (M3 Pro or M3 Max)
I posted a link to that comparison because I thought it would be a useful one if you were comparing SoC choices within the context of a 14" MacBook Pro purchase.
That page, with that selection, gives you an overview of the current MacBook Pro line (all M3-family machines), including an overview of some of the differences between the chips. You don't see any M2 Ultra processors in this particular three-way comparison because Mac notebooks don't use Ultra chips. The M2 Ultra (a couple of Max chips joined back-to-back) is only found in high-end desktop Macs that have electrical power and cooling suitable for supporting it.
You may need to bring up Technical Specifications and custom-ordering pages for individual machines, and/or read Internet articles to determine the differences between available M3, M3 Pro, and M3 Max variants in more detail.
