Set a uniform volume from song to song

I'm a volunteer DJ and use the Music app on my MacBook as the source for my programs. Song files vary in volume. I remember finding a setting in iTunes to set a uniform volume from song to song. How can I do this in the Music app?

Choose Music > Settings, click Playback, then select Sound Check.
