How can I zero out apple cash to close my icloud account ?

I am trying to tie up some loose ends- I have too many accounts and to many emails - plus icloud's spam management is horrid comared to google - I tried to delete my account but it won't let me because I have an apple cash balance.

Ludicrous in its own way, but I no longer have an iPhone, iPad or watch so I can't install an apple cash app and use the payment.

I have a mac - that's it - and its tied to another (gmail) apple ID.

How can I get rid of this account and dispense of the remaining small amount of cash ?
