Apple devices app for PC wont recognize Apple Music, Apple TV, or files on my device for my iPod classic

My iPod classic is connecting to the Apple devices app no problem. Whenever I try to sync music onto my iPod it says "The Apple Music library could not be opened. To fix this, open the Apple Music app." Whenever I open that Apple Music app it still won't open my library. Also, whenever I try to open the music, movies, or tv shows tab under On My Device, it says "An unknown error has occurred."
