How to fix silent notifications for specific contacts on iPhone 13 Pro Max

i have an iphone 13 pro max on one of my contacts there is a bell with a line through it and i do not hear a notice when i get a message or call from that contact. what can I do.All my devices that use my list of contacts are affected. I have tried recreating the contact the bell with a line through it appeared again.
