Why are some Messages not being received by specific recipients?

Since yesterday around 5pm, I havent recieved iMessages from my dad but my siblings are. My sister isnt getting texts from my mom yet the rest are. My brother isn't getting my texts but the rest are. Something weird is going on with iMessage right now
