Received Email stating "Account Compromised",How to verify it?

I got a email saying my phone got hacked with the pegasus software and they gave me a very detailed info that’s on my phone how can this be stopped or fixed?

Every email I have seen making such a claim has been a scam. Who would be sending you an email saying you have been hacked and what would the purpose be? Do not respond or call any provided numbers.
