Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Customer care executive committed to call back , but no call received.

I have a service ticket logged for more than 4 times. On the last ticket, customer care executive committed to call back. But call mot received even after 10 days.

Messaged through email, still mo response..

Any email ID to escalate this?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.4
