Apple won’t refund Duolingo subscription
I was led to believe that I would be notified by duolingo about being charged after my free trial ended. This didn’t happen, and I was charged $83.99. Now, after submitting a refund request, Apple claims that this is ineligible for a refund. I do not plan on using Duolingo after the way this was handled. I have even removed the app from my phone. Is there any other way I can ask to get this charge refunded? I have no interest in having my hard earned money wasted on an app that I won’t use!
