How can I sign into my Apple account with a non-usable trusted phone number? (Along with no other apple devices).

I’ve been searching for ways to fix this problem, but each reply I’ve seen offers the same solution that doesn’t work for me. I had an apple account that I signed out of some time ago, and now I can’t sign back in without my old trusted phone number. I can’t even recognize it, and there’s no way to get the code. I can’t reset it either. I’ve tried the passkey method, the forgot password method, but it all leads back to me having to use the old phone number… and I have a new one now that it’s not letting me use. Please help! I have no other apple devices that are signed into that Apple ID.
