Wrongfull violation of apple media services termds

So yesterday I gave spotify a bad review on the app store and today I got a mail from apple that I’ve violated your terms and conditions under sectioj L, the section is regarding family sharing and doesnt have anything to do with my acc that is private and I dont share with anyone

so how can I get my review unflagged and back? Or getting a decent answer to why the review was taken down?
