Cannot print in greyscale on my mac since updating to Sonoma 14.4.1

Recently updated MacBook Air to OS Sonoma 14.4.1 but now can't print in greyscale on my Canon Pixma Pro-200. Greyscale no longer appears in the presets menu.  I've updated the Canon drivers for Sonoma.  Has anyone any suggestions?

According to below link from Cannon

This printer can use various methods of connectivity to the computer including AirPrint

AirPrint would not Require Third Party Software

About AirPrint

Connect an AirPrint printer to a Wi-Fi network

It also specifically list various version of macOS that are supported via their Third Party Canon Software

OS X 10.11.6, macOS 10.12~10.15, macOS 11 *

You mentioned updating the drivers but are they the Sonoma Drivers

Hi, Yes the driver update is for Sonoma and I'm using AirPrint, prints okay in colour and black and white but the option fro greyscale id not there

AirPrint, as mentioned earlier, do not Require Third Party Drivers

Suggest contacting Canon on How to Remove the Their ( Canon ) Sonoma Printer Drivers

The suggested to check if Sonoma Drivers were installed was Before the user clearing mentioned using AirPrint as the method of connection
