Getting 'This Apple ID has not yet been used in the ITunes store. Tap review to sign in......'

Have the above message when trying to update an app in the Appstore.

This happened when I first signed up to apple with a new account, now after a month its asking me again. I fixed it last time by entering all the address fields, even where it was 'optional'. I'm trying this on the Iphone 13.

I don't get the message on my Ipad!

Any guidance is much appreciated for this very annoying issue!
