How do I restore deleted photos on my iPhone?

Hey, I deleted some of my photos on my old phone and recently they got deleted on my new phone as well and i cant restore them anywhere, i also cant find them on icloud. Is there any possible way i can restore them

I deleted around 2000 pictures a bit more than 30 days ago on my old iphone, after which I checked and they were still on my new iPhone so i thought everything was alright. However, now they are also gone on my new iphone and i cant get them back. Is there any way i can restore them because they depict a huge period. Best regards
