I have a trusted device on my account

I have a trusted device on my account. It can get into my phone security off a PC and it can change the way. My phone is being displayed and it can see my location. How do I delete this trusted device

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17

  1. Go to Settings  > [your name].
  2. A list of the devices associated with your Apple ID appears near the bottom of the screen.
  3. To remove a device, tap it, then tap Remove from Account.
  4. If you remove a trusted device, it can no longer display verification codes and its access to iCloud (and other Apple services on the device) is blocked. To add it back, use two-factor authentication to sign in to your Apple ID again.
