I lost my phone locked myself out and I finally got back in well when I went to the address where it was located they said they didn’t have it and the cops believed them even thought find my is clearly showing it’s in the house please someone help me so I can prove they got it

We are fellow users and cannot help with recovery of your iPhone. Apple is not here and won't get involved either. If those that have your iPhone haven't turned if off or disabled Find my on it, then if you get a Find My map of the phone location, print that and show to the police. You will need the serial number of your phone too.
