Playlists in Music Not appearing in sync panel with iPhone 14 Pro

I bought a new MacBook Air 15" (Sonoma 14.4.1). My music is stored in various folders. I created multiple playlists from these folders. Then when I synced with my iPhone 14 Pro for the first time, most of the playlists did not sync with Mac. I deleted entire playlists along with all songs in Mac and tried creating playlists again. I also deleted all songs from iPhone. Then on Mac I created 1st playlist and it appeared in the sync window. But the 2nd playlist and subsequent ones do not appear in the sync window.

Any help please.
