Disappearing cards from Apple wallet

iPhone SE 2nd gen on 17.4.1

All my passes disappeared except credit cards. I’ve added them back and after days/weeks/random they disappear again.

Also for some reason a plane ticket that expired last year won’t go away with hide expired passes checked or unchecked

I’m not expecting help from these forums but letting people know of this bug coming from search

Here’s a possible fix. Please follow this path,

iPhone > Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > scroll down to Hide Expired Passes > switch off for 5 seconds or so then switch back on.

Several people have reported this is working for their unexpired passes that just mysteriously disappear. Try it and let us know either way.

Are you having issues with your Apple ID or Face ID/Passcode? Logging out of your Apple ID will automatically remove tickets, passes etc? The same with turning off Face ID or Passcode.

What model iPhone and iOS version?
