Macbook Pro trackpad and keyboard stopped working!

Within just 13 months, my MacBook Pro (a so-called premium product) stopped working! The trackpad and keyboard were the first to go! The battery now drains faster than usual, and overall, the device is slow (if and when it works!).


Apple charges a premium for these devices and does not guarantee quality!!!!! When we call support, the first response is to reset/bring it to their nearest center!!! so we have to take time from our busy life to get this ****** product to last another 10 months!!!!


Dell Laptops are cheaper and more resilient than these mac-**** pros!
