Apple Account Balance is different than App Store Credit
When I go to Settings, I see my Apple Account Balance as 14 TRY, but it appears as 0 TRY (not appears, in other words) on App Store. Isn't they are the same thing?

They are, yes. Does it show up when you try to make a purchase?
