Apple Pay - Transfer to Bank Not Working

Ever since the most recent update, every time I try to transfer my Apple funds to my bank after hitting the transfer button, the screen to finalize the transfer (double tap or Face ID) pops up for 1 second then disappears before I can complete the transfer. Is anyone else running into this?
