2/3rd Macbook screen freezes in every possible window.

My 2018 MacBook Pro is fine for about 30 seconds in any window, and then 2/3rd of the screen freezes while the top and bottom still (kinda) work. This only happens on the MacBook screen, I have tried hooking it up to an external monitor. I’m wondering if there is a way to completely reset the screen, because I don’t think it’s broken or anything.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.4
