How to install AMDS on iPhone to Windows PC for Music Transfer

Sorry, I should have done better. My issue is I am trying to connect a 14 plus Iphone to my windows 11 pc, to copy my music from a USB to my phone. The itunes does not see the phone when I connect it. My search indicates that the AMDS must be restarted. Search says it is in services.msc. I have searched and can not find AMDS to download, in some cases folks talk about AMDS being a driver.
