iPhone 13 Pro
The Zoom feature in Accessibility is not working properly. I cannot magnify the screen with the three finger tap .
I've turned the feature on and off several times and adjusted zoom level to maximum but it only zooms a tiny amount.
have also restarted phone but that doesn’t help either.
with older models a restart usually fixes this.

Settings > Accessibility > Zoom [Enable]
Adjust the magnification: Double-tap the screen with three fingers (without lifting your fingers after the second tap), then drag up or down. Or triple-tap with three fingers, then drag the Zoom Level slider. Move the Zoom lens: (Window Zoom) Drag the handle at the bottom of the Zoom lens.
