creating a folder structure with Automator / Apple script / ??

which works but I'm not allowed to ask additional questions in that closed thread.

I would love to have an Tool/App/Script to do the following:

Ask for the Client

Ask for the Project

create a new Folder named "Client_Projekt_YY MM DD" where the date is the creation date of the folder structure

create a specific folder structure inside the new folder (that part is covered by the linke script)

so i see how I can fill a variable with entered text, but can I add various text variables together to form my foldername string ?
