MacBook Pro to iPad Pro screen Mirroring issue

I am unable to use my iPad as second screen. When I click on screen mirroring it's showing like this and which is not clickable. and when I click on display settings .. it is showing like this.

Also on top left corner its showing only this much option. I am unable to see my iPad name in any of these options to select for screen mirroring or sidecar play.

Tried all possible options and also did factor reset on my MacBook and iPad... Nothing worked.

I am using MacBook Pro M1 - macOS Sonoma and iPad Pro iPadOS 17.4.1

Hope these information ll be helpful for you to suggest any possibilities to use my iPad as a second screen.

Note: Ipad Screen marring to MacBook is working.

Macbook to Ipad Screen Mirroring / Sidecar Play is not working with or without tethering.
