Those appear to be charges made by someone who has gotten your bank or credit card information!

Legitimate Apple charges don't appear as Cupertino One Apple Park on your bank statement.

apple.com/bill appears on your billing statement when you buy an app, music, movie, or other content from Apple.

You should immediately contact your bank's fraud department and initiate the bank's recovery of funds procedure. Change any PIN numbers associated with any debit or credit cards issued by that bank and change the password for your online account with that bank.
