Hello,

To get your Philips Hue lights to turn on and off at specific times during the day you can set up a HomeKit automation. You can learn how here: Create scenes and automations with the Home app - Apple Support.

Keep in mind that HomeKit automations do require a home hub. You can use an Apple TV, HomePod, or iPad. Learn more about setting up a home hub here: Set up your HomePod, HomePod mini, Apple TV, or iPad as a home hub - Apple Support.
