download files from MS Teams fails

I am a member of a Microsoft Team and have been using their app (up to date) on my Apple Studio (up to date). I'm trying to download files from that app to my computer and every attempt to do so encounters an error that the download failed due to unexpected errors. Please try again. Any ideas?
