I understand this question has been asked before and previously the feature did not exist but am wondering if it has now been made available. Is there any way to change the weather data source in the apple weather app.
iPhone 6, iOS 12
If you are using the Apple Weather, the data comes from the Weather Channel and is not user changeable. If you'd prefer an app with a different source, I'm sure there loads of other apps you can choose from in the App Store. I use Weather Bug the most, myself.

Weird. My Weather Channel app has a completely different forecast for my location. It’s so different and so frequent I just changed my default app to The Weather Channel.
Apple Weather’s UI has dramatically improved over the years but not being able to choose your preferred source is kinda lame TBH.
Can I change the source of the weather data in the weather app?
