My iPhone 13 Pro Max does not have service

It been days now that I don’t have any service in one of my phone and I was wondering why Is that I try going to where I pay my bill but they couldn’t help and they told me to try to contact Apple because it might be the phone problem and that y why couldn’t do anything.
