Problems importing a CD into Music (MAC Mini running IOS 14.4.1)

I get msg: " Error occurred while converting (to MP3, I guess) the file XXX (first song). An Unknown error ocurred (-54).

I followed the same steps as I did when I loaded thousands of other songs.

Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Files and Folders > Music and make sure “Removable Volumes” is on.
