iPhone with iTunes Music glitch while playing songs.

On my iphone all of the songs start with the first sound bite of the song then a short space then the song starts for real. Makes no diff if I downloaded the song via cellular or wifi. Basically it has ruined my enjoyment of itunes on my iphone. Same itunes have no problem on my ipad.
