If I want to pay 25¢ for instant transfer it will let me choose my bank card but if I try to choose the 1-3 business day option the only choice is pathward national associations and I don’t even know what that is. How do I add my bank card to the 1-3 business day option?

Th 1 to 3 day option doesn't use a bank card. The 1 to 3 day option is for a transfer to a bank checking account using the account's routing and account numbers.
