Siri and dictation, voice to text have stopped working in English.

It is truly the oddest thing. Neither Siri nor Voice to Text work when I speak in English. Siri acknowledges that I am communicating with her, so it is not a hardware problem, and it will type my Spanish dictated words, but not in English. English language is on. I've even removed the Spanish left a single language, English. It dings, as if it were listening, but it does not type or recognize any words being spoken.

I've shut off, toggled on an off, force restarted the phone and nothing. Latest software on iPhone 13 Max Pro.
