Airpod Case Won’t Charge

Hi, I recently bought 2nd Gen airpods and the charging case has seemed to stop working. I did notice this occurred after I dropped them earlier in the day. The airpods themselves charge perfectly when in the case and the charger plugged but not the case. Can anyone help me?
