I set it up last Saturday night i have been using touch ID ever since now i forgot password and my computer says it need the password to get in?
Then you will need to reset the Login Password. You will most likely need to use your Apple ID Password:

Even when using Touch ID, you will be required to enter your login password once a week and every time you restart the computer.
Are you at the start screen as shown in the Article that was posted? Did you attempt to enter the password 3 times to get your reset options?
The only other Password is the Firmware Password and on startup it will look like the screen seen in this support article.
If restarting and entering the login again 3 times does not bring up the reset options, then you will need to proceed here:
