how to put in day of the week in proper order in pivot

i am building a pivot where a data pertains to days of the week. I picked up the source data. In Pivot, I am facing issues to re-order the days of the week. The Pivot has options to either specify in ascending or descending order. How to adjust the order of series as per the need?

There are no custom sorting options. If your data has the actual dates, you can use that as the "rows" in the pivot table and group it by "day of week". It will determine the day of the week for each date, group the data accordingly, and list the days in order.
