Phantom Apple TV Hub from removal A1624

Looks like the old threads are not active. Today I updated my Apple ID password and logged out of all devices. I had to log back into MacBook, phone, pad, HomePods, appleTV, blah blah. My HomeKit was unresponsive till I logged back in. What do you know, my phantom devices disappeared.
