Old Apple ID that no longer exist and don’t know password
Tried all steps but still can’t get rid of Apple ID that no long exist so I’m unable to down load apps in Apple store

If you have no access to the lost Apple ID and no way to regain that access, your remaining options are to delete all the added apps and re-download under an Apple ID you control, or — if the lost Apple ID is also associated with Activation Lock — presenting sufficiently-convincing proof of ownership to Apple. Without that, whatever device you’re working with here isn’t all that useful.
