The file structure for Notes went on my iPhone is quite different than the file structure I find when I look at Apple Notes on my browser@icloud.com. Why? How do I make them syn.?

Where were the Notes? The pic below is self-explanatory.
If they were stored on Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook etc. then please add the account and enable Notes under them. See the pic below which is self-explanatory
