CarPlay disappeared from iPhone 15 max pry

Have tried everything to reconnect CarPlay from my iPhone to my car and I I got a message CarPlay isn’t on my iPhone. It was at one time. How can I restore it to my iPhone 15 Pro max?. My update is current .

You must check settings/ screen time /restrictions just get in there and turn it on the go to allow apps and find CarPlay and enable it make sure to turn off restrictions
