Contact poster sync

Hi,

is there a way to sync contact poster on my 2 iPhone, with the same Apple ID ?

on iCloud+ I enabled contact sync on both iPhone.

on the first I create a new contact, and added contact photo.

After some time the contact and the photo appeared on second iPhone, showing the contact photo.

i added a new contact, and added the poster and contact photo. Ont second photo the contact and contact photo is synced , but not poster .

is it normal ?
