why are my airpods pro1 making a noise when they open

My AirPods Pro 1 keep on making a ring noise when I open the case I just reset them earlier today because my left AirPod wasn’t working ever since I reset it keeps on making noises every time when I open it I don’t have the option to turn off the noise of the case either.
