my old iphone is frozen and won't turn on but i bought a new iphone and now i need to transfer my data. I did not save the data on the old iPhone and I have very old software. What should I do to transfer all my information without deleting anything or losing my data?

this does not help me because even with the forced restart the iphone still does not want to turn on, even if I connect it to the computer it does not turn on at all
